Google AdWords:

Our website uses the online advertising program “Google AdWords” and as part of Google Ad-Words conversion tracking. Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service from Google.

If you click on an advertisement placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is placed on your computer. These cookies have a limited validity, do not contain any personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that you clicked on the advertisement and were forwarded to this page. Every Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. This means that there is no possibility that cookies can be tracked via the websites of other AdWords customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. This tells AdWords customers the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, you will not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users. If you do not want to participate in tracking, you can object to this use by preventing the installation of cookies by making the appropriate setting in your browser (deactivation option). You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. Further information and Google’s data protection declaration can be found at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies.

Google remarketing:

This website uses the remarketing function from Google. This function is used to present interest-based advertisements to visitors to the website within the Google advertising network. The website visitor’s browser stores so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on their computer and make it possible for the visitor to be recognized when they visit websites that belong to the Google advertising network. On these pages, the visitor can then be presented with advertisements that relate to content that the visitor has previously accessed on websites that use Google’s remarketing function. According to its own information, Google does not collect any personal data in this process. If you still do not want Google’s remarketing function, you can always deactivate it by making the appropriate settings at http://www.google.com/settings/ads. Alternatively, you can deactivate the use of cookies for interest-based advertising via the advertising network initiative by following the instructions given at http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp.
