Under the current circumstances we are currently offering both regular visits at our Practice or telemedicine consultations per videoconference.
IN-PERSON CONSULTATIONS
If you suspect an infection with the corona virus (symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath or return from an affected region and contact with a person who may be ill within the last 14 days), please contact 1450 immediately.
Our practice has all the necessary measures taken to guarantee you protection against COVID-19:
- separate treatment rooms
- large waiting area
- no waiting times
- treatment of no more than 2 patients per hour
- even stricter hygiene
TELEMEDICINE CONSULTATIONS
The medical software used in our Practice complies with all the requirements of the current Data Protection Law, and thus certifies a secure connection.
Any smartphone, PC, laptop or tablet with camera and microphone can be used.

We offer telemedicine consultations in oder to answer your questions regarding ongoing treatments, or as a first appointment for initial evaluation and feedback regarding diagnosis/treatment.
Psychotherapeutic medicine / trauma-psychotherapy consultations are offered as well.
Please take into account that we are a private practice, so that we will charge you directly. However, your insurance or Krankenkassa can reimburse (partially or totally) the costs. We will gladly help you with the necessary paperwork.

Given the pressure currently being experienced at psychiatric practices we kindly ask you to please attend the reserved appointment, or cancel in advance if you must. This way we can avoid uncontrolled waiting lists in the future.
As per the Vienna Medical Chamber it is currently permitted to fill prescriptions online. Our software allows for us to send electronically encrypted medical reports as well as refills. To do so you have to register through our portal, where you will receive a link in a separated email, with „Nachricht von LATIDO“ as subject, and „noreply@latido.at“ as sender. Please make sure that this email doesn’t land in the spam order.
